Capital Blind Society was established in 1994 by a visually impaired individual with the vision of creating a supportive community for the blind. Unfortunately, during the COVID-19 pandemic, the founder passed away. In their absence, other visually impaired individuals turned to the society for support.

Capital Blind Society was established in 1994 by a visually impaired individual with the vision of creating a supportive community for the blind. Unfortunately, during the COVID-19 pandemic, the founder passed away. In their absence, other visually impaired individuals turned to the society for support.
Understanding their needs, Shri Ramesh Mathur ji took the initiative to revive and strengthen the organization. On 24th January, he officially restarted the society’s programs, working closely with the blind community to provide them with essential facilities and opportunities for growth.
At Capital Blind Society, we are committed to empowering visually impaired individuals by offering them education, skill development, and necessary resources to lead independent and fulfilling lives. Our mission is to ensure that no blind person feels alone or deprived of opportunities.
